Oracle Case File - Riddler [Original] — Description
This is the original format for Oracle's case files. I had some time to kill and I wanted to test my computer after I got it repaired so I pulled this back up, threw on some Photoshop effects, and thought it looked decent enough that I might actually make all the villains in this format instead... but, I thought I'd let you guys decide if I should use this one or the other.
